BRD Public School came together in a beautiful display of unity and wellness as students and teachers celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The school campus transformed into a serene space of mindfulness, as the entire school community participated in guided yoga sessions led under the expert supervision of a qualified Yoga Instructor.
From basic asanas and breathing exercises to meditation and relaxation techniques, the session was thoughtfully designed to suit students across all age groups. Teachers joined hands with their students, reinforcing the idea that the journey toward physical and mental well-being is one the entire school family walks together.
The celebration reaffirmed BRD's commitment to holistic education โ one that nurtures not just academic excellence, but also the physical health, emotional balance, and inner calm of every student.
