Students of Grades 8 to 12 at BRD Public School embarked on an unforgettable educational tour covering some of India's most historically and spiritually significant destinations — Kurukshetra, Jaisalmer, and Jaipur — culminating in a deeply moving visit to pay obeisance at the holy Khatu Shyam Mandir.
The journey began at Kurukshetra, the sacred land of the Mahabharata, where students explored the historical and mythological significance of the Bhagavad Gita's origin. From there, the trip continued to the golden city of Jaisalmer, immersing students in Rajasthan's rich desert heritage, architecture, and culture, followed by the regal splendor of Jaipur — the Pink City — known for its forts, palaces, and vibrant traditions.
The tour concluded on a note of devotion and gratitude at Khatu Shyam Mandir, where students and teachers together sought blessings. The entire excursion was meticulously planned and executed under the visionary leadership of School Principal Ms. Pooja Thakur, ensuring an enriching blend of education, culture, history, and spirituality for every student.
